Reach sch at..then at 8:30a.m,immediately wnet to parade squAre and after flag-Raising,we did the every1-pi-say/so-eMbarraSSe-ACES-excercise.We did some stuPid moves,all reluctance and hesitation.After the toruring 25min 0r longEr,we headed to Grand Audi.The programmes are(I wanT writE shrtforM coz' if not,it's freaking long.):1st item-I not sure,but i think is the annual/every-year-this-time-do-waNt techer's pledge.
2nd item-I forgot lah!So,i will just "eStimate".Second is the teacher's service certificate.Mr Boon has committed to CCHMS for 44yrs!!(pisay if it's wrong name.)

Chapter#233:Yah..Last Saturday Wushu trAining
Scouts-After flag-rasing,we did footdrill-Marching.^^After this,we did PT,which included dreadful circuit training,except that YSETERDAy'S not as baD as Lazt week.4th lvl-We had to run 8 laps each,from end to n after static hold 30sec.
3rd lvl-Pumping 20,then wheelbarrowed struggling-ly to the end and switch,back.
2nd lvl-Flutter kick 5 counts of 4 (This part i forget liao.).Than,frog-jumped and duckwalked.X.X
After warming up,Sir let us play a game.(!!I forgot wat namE!!)Anyways,we headed to the field,Sec 1,2,3s in their grp.The game is this:Each person puts a bundle of string INTO the back of his pants[ wedgies XD T^T 0_0],leaving a string visible.then,3 flag-poles will be placed at each side of the field, each flag-pole surrounded/encircled by a boundary[of string].Task:Each respective lvls(for example us,Sec 1s),we are to take te enemy flag-pole and only enemyS can go into the boundary but not..u y'know,the ppl GUARDING it.Then,those who holds the flag{flag-holders}will have to rocket themselves back to their own base,placing the flag into the boundary(this time can go in,only FLAG_HOLDERS)Danger Part:The string at our pants behind MUST NOT be taken out by enemy.Once pulled out,disqualified.Get it?(MayBe)(not)(...).Summary:Get all flag-poles back to base, teamates'"life" stRing at the bac of as$ as possible as can,cannot be taken out.So,hre's the scorce--(Rouhg one..Not cleAr)
Round 1-Noob at this game,we first one thraShed by Sec 3,then owned Sec 2s.Shao Ping shrewd.Lied that his sucided but "not".Then openly backstaBBed one of Sec 3s.XD
Round 2-I forgot,but we bombed and then,eventually,Sec 2s w0n.
Round 3-We went defensive,blocking our flag-pole.We 坚持下来,then tricKed cunningly by Sec 3.Sec 3 pwned match.
Round 4-Al I know is that Sec 3 won 2 twice,so this match is owned by the twos.
Round 5-Unleash liao.Chaoz mode..Shao Ping,cunning,backstaBBEd Sec 3 by the back,covered by trees!!He ninja-poofed behind the bushes,stole the flag-pole surreptiously.When Sec 2s and 3s fighting,we sped towards their oPen base,ran back.:D^^

Chapter#226:Scouts---.then Wushu
Scouts-Usual stuff as always(saying these aS always),then we did a little footdrill.Afterr footdrIll,PT and afTer PT,worSt.Thsi is when the main point attracts.Sec 3 have cunningly plan the "Circuit Excercise." Split into 3 grps,my grp went up to the 4 floor whre we met Daniel."Circuit Excercise"is bout a circuit..>< OF 苦苦 excercises,so they form"Circuit--Excercise.." XD.So,start of..our extreme fatique(i know spEll wrong..懒得change)4th floor-daneil tell us do static hold,in which 1.lie down on fl00r 2.Body "up" using not ur hands(pumping position)but elbows. 3.Hold it thre and experience pAin<--which will be repeated several times.1 min static hold.(Shyt rite..try it urself.freaking.."shyt")THen under three min,4 of us run a distance of 41/2 clsassrm length to and fRo.We did it under 2 mins.
3rd floor-Deon and ..someone.. ask us do pumping 30(EaSy for u..I n0ob).Then,crucial is whenhe ask us somewhta maliciously do duckwalk--stood down,walk like a duck.When we were struggling duckwalking,he was smiling..somewhat again with MALEVOLENCE.We then called him saddist.When reach to the end,he told us to frogleap back. ...I still can lar becasue it was quite unexpectingly easy for me.Not easy.Just..normal.

Chapter#219:Concentrated Footdrill
Today whole daY wear full u,nvr wear PE.We,Sec 1s todaY train footdrill for 3hrs-4hrs,with several water breaks.Marching & basics. N the seniors(Sec 3)were taking this opportunity to play af ool with us,like 1 mistake,touch gate etc.This is what they call 'game'At Amamda's ouse^^---After Scouts,went to the bathroom to bath(I dk whether allowed or not coz'..it's whre the cleaners bath..0_0I quickly just bath),then take bus grudgingly to Amanda's house.And..WTH..she s0 rich lerhs..X-X_X Her house inside not very/not quite extravagant(I dk meaning..think it sound.."extravagant" XD)but Extravagant...Like rich ppl house.Sean,Clarics and Yu Jin thre lia0z.So,had pizza and lots of 气water.(Cham liao..Si liao..Gained alot of lipids..TT)Slack alot,each do tw0 slides,then after 4hrs,we played truth or dare,when..WHEN..I dared to kiss the disbin..(Nxt time:"Truth:Who did u kiss first?"ANs:"..A Dustbin..XD 0_0"lolx),when Sea and Amanda was isolated in the tolet for 5 mins(aktually mor),then again Sean and Clarice.(She kept screaming...)MY favourite was the FREAKING AWESSSSOOOOOMMMMEEEEE!!!ICE CREAM...BENAND JERRY'S lerhs...SOOOOOOOOO)))OOO))o000OOOOO X...One tub.Nvr get to eat one..So i ate cheesse cake and strawbnerry ice-cream..And the taSte..OMG.0_0xd ^^^
