Chapter#38:First scout meeting

Woke up at 6:32 a.m and I thought I was late,so I rushed my dad to bring me to school .When I reached school,I wasn't so late.Everyone was waitin' and I thought I was goin' to be the only one late.We waited until 8:30a.m to fall in for the flag raising ceremony.Man,it was not like primary school that easy.Everyone had to be serious in the flag-raising ceremony.We cannot fidget about.So,after the flg-raising ceremony,we sat at the concourse to hear an introduction of the leaders.So later,Sir Tah Hoong(the scout leader...Hope I got his name correct-_-)brought us to the AV room(I think it's called AV room.)to watch a video aboput scouting.After that,we went do to do a little excercise and warm-ups.After the warm-ups,we ran out round around the lake,which was damn tiring for a fatso.(me)After we heard the introduction of one of the district leader or something and had free food,we were distribute into grps,sth,sth and sth.(I forgetthe other two groups name.)My group is lion...(I think so.)And the bloody first game was damn nerve-wrecking.(wreck ur nerve)We had to sit in a circular formation and we had to lie our shoulders on our freinds and the seniors would remove the chairs,one by one and it was really NERVE-WRECKING!When the chairs were removing,I could fell numbness in my legs.We played this thrice and the person whose thigh is supporting my head complained that my head's heavy.Off cousre lah!,he was actually supporting my whole body weight.Luckily there was nothing wrong with his thighs,if not that marks the start of dislikeness.
The second station was held at the side of the school hall.The game was simple.Five ground sheets were place on different locations,each labeled 1,2,3,4,5.We have to solve some maths questions and the answer determined which ground sheet we need to run to.Main point:The last person to reach the ground sheet gets elimilated until the last 3 people.Eventually,I was one of the last 3 to'survive',so we'd received a old panther badge.The losers also had one too.The next game was common:Tie a freaking string to two people's legs and then,we have to cooperate with each other,walking a given path and we would be timed.That was all.[full stop]
Next station was at the patch of grass in front of the concourse,where a structure was build.Surely,the game was about teanwork.We had to go through the holes of a web(made of string off course)and once someone has gotten through that hole,the others are not allow to go through the same hole.If we touch the string,kena splash by the seniors with water.So,I was the first one to go through the biggest hole because of my size.When two of my freinds were left on the other side of the web,still haven't got through yet,the senoirs said that the last two people have to go through the holes above the holes below,which means carrying and supporting is needed and worst, the person helping to support the person go throug the ...ah ya,simple terms.If the person going through the holes touch the strings,the helper and himself get splashed.And so,I kena slashed..I mean splashed,(I don't want delete 'slashed'because to make it funny what.Obvious.)
Third station was at the football court or something,not field.And we tried archery using bows and arrows(off course it's bows and arrows,but..),which we made of different lengths of bamboo sticks tied together with strings.Also known as self-made.So,each of us is allowed to try once and vandefoolly,I burst a balloon and got two sweets which were in the balloon.Next was water bombs in which we were split into two grps.Simply easy;we had to protect one of our friend which is the victim of the opponent and we had to make our victim as wet as possible.In the end,my grp won and each of us got a pac of sweet while the other grp had a pac of sweet to share among themselves.
Just going to end this fast.After the games,we headed back to the concorse,waited for Tah Hoong to come and then,the flag-lowering ceremony started.That was all.In the afternoon,did some reading with my dad and slept for an hour.In the evening,had steamboat.That's...was all.(Want to play game liao.)
